Inside the Odds controls the personal data collected through this website and related member services.

Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:

• name, email address, and account login details
• Discord account identifiers when you sign in with Discord
• subscription, billing, and checkout status information
• referral codes, current attribution, rewards, review decisions, and payout records
• encrypted UK bank instructions supplied for manual referral payouts
• support messages, onboarding notes, and waitlist submissions
• basic device, browser, and security logs needed to operate the service

We use personal data to:

• create and manage accounts
• process subscriptions and payments
• provide Discord access, onboarding, and member support
• operate the waitlist and contact people about future intake batches
• protect the platform against misuse, fraud, and security issues
• operate the referral scheme, mature rewards, correct attribution, and reconcile manual payouts
• meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations

We rely on contract where we need your information to provide the service you signed up for, legitimate interests where we need to run and protect the platform, legal obligation where records must be kept, and consent where marketing or optional communications require it.

Current payout instructions are encrypted with authenticated encryption. Replacing them removes the prior full instructions. A full destination is available only for the current payout account and an active payout draft; it is removed from the draft after completion or cancellation.

Your active referrer can see your Discord display name, the total face value of free bets from welcome offers you have marked as completed, whether you have joined the Inner Circle waitlist, and whether you have recorded Inner Circle access. They cannot see your email address, individual offers, bookmakers, bets, or personal profit-tracker values through the referral view.

We share data with service providers needed to run the platform, such as hosting, payment, and communications providers, and share the limited referral progress described above with your active referrer. We do not sell personal data.

As a chosen retention policy, completed referral payout and accounting records are retained for six years. This does not claim that UK GDPR prescribes one exact retention period for bank details. Other data is kept only as long as needed for service, legal, security, and dispute purposes.

Account deletion is blocked while a positive pending or available reward or payout draft exists. Once resolved, current bank instructions are deleted and the account is detached or anonymised from referral records that must be retained for accounting, fraud, audit, or legal purposes. We retain a hash of your Discord ID and any disabled referral permission to prevent account deletion from resetting referral eligibility.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or export your personal data. You may also withdraw consent for marketing at any time.
