£100 Referral Scheme Terms

These terms govern the Inside the Odds referral scheme. They are production-ready draft wording and must be reviewed by a qualified solicitor before the scheme is launched publicly.

Eligibility to refer

Current and former Inner Circle members are eligible to refer. Inside the Odds may separately enable a free member. Once enabled, referral access continues after Inner Circle membership ends unless an admin suspends or disables it.

We may suspend, restrict, or end participation where reasonably necessary to protect the scheme, investigate misuse, comply with law, or correct an account issue. Existing valid balances and records remain subject to these terms.

How attribution works

Each member may have one active referrer. A valid code may be applied automatically from a shared link during signup. Members cannot add a referral code after their account has been created.

Only admins can set or change attribution after signup. We may correct an attribution where there is an error before a reward is reserved or paid. A person may not refer themselves.

Referral progress visibility

If your account is attributed to a referrer, they can see your Discord display name and the total face value of free bets from welcome offers you have marked as completed. They cannot see which offers or bookmakers you used, individual bets, or your personal profit-tracker values through this view.

Your referrer can also see whether you have joined the Inner Circle waitlist and whether you have recorded Inner Circle access, including through a trial or an admin grant. The joined milestone remains complete if your membership later ends. These progress milestones do not by themselves qualify a referral reward; the qualifying reward rules below still apply.

Qualifying reward

One £100 reward is available for a genuinely new paying member whose first qualifying Inner Circle invoice is paid successfully in full at £199.99 in GBP for the designated premium price. Trials, zero-value invoices, discounted payments, partial payments and later renewals do not qualify.

The reward is eligible for payment 30 days after Stripe records the successful payment, subject to payment validity and any review hold. Cancellation without a refund does not itself invalidate the reward. No reward is backdated for activity before the scheme launch.

Refunds, disputes and corrections

A refund made under the published company-wide guarantee does not invalidate a referral reward. Other refunds, reversals, suspected misuse and payment disputes place the reward on hold for manual review. A failed refund or resolved dispute does not automatically release that hold.

If a reward already paid needs correction, we review it manually, contact the referrer where needed, and record the agreed resolution or waived recovery. Recovery is not deducted automatically from future rewards. Completed payout records are preserved.

Manual bank-transfer payouts

Available positive balances are paid manually to a UK bank account using the account-holder name, sort code and account number supplied by the referrer. Payout timing is not automatic or guaranteed for a particular day. We will process valid balances within a reasonable operational period.

The referrer is responsible for supplying accurate details and telling us before payment if they have changed. A payment properly sent to the supplied account may be treated as paid. Any payment discrepancy is recorded for manual review.

Prohibited activity

  • self-referrals or controlling both the referring and referred account
  • fake, duplicate, recycled or misleading account creation
  • payment abuse, collusion, identity misuse, or attempts to bypass a suspension
  • spam, unlawful marketing, false claims, or impersonating Inside the Odds

Tax and changes

Referrers are responsible for any tax, reporting or other obligations arising from rewards. We do not provide tax advice.

We may amend or withdraw the scheme prospectively. Material changes will not remove rewards already validly earned, except where these terms permit documented correction or manual review.
